Our Greatest Adventure

I've had quite the hiatus from writing and if you follow me on social media then you most likely already know why. This year we embark on our greatest adventure yet; parenthood! We can't wait to see where this adventure leads us.

Meet Kymani Khalil, born June 14 at 9:41, weighing 8lbs 6oz.

My pregnancy journey was really hard. I was one of the "lucky" ones who had morning sickness at any time of the day and it lasted way beyond the first trimester. My energy levels dropped drastically and sometimes I struggled sometimes with everyday tasks. Needless to say, getting outdoors wasn't my biggest priority. I am happy to say though that all my negative symptoms went away quickly after his birth and I'm almost ready to go get back out there! Prepare to hear from me often now.
